The Pause Guitare festival turns 30!
The Pause Guitare 2026 Festival takes place in Albi from July 8 to 12.
With over 65,000 spectators, this festival in the Tarn region is one of the biggest events of the summer.
The Pause Guitare Sud de France Festival returns from July 8 to 12, 2026! Between the Great Stage at Pratgraussals and the one set up at the foot of the majestic Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile, this 30th edition promises an exceptional program and unforgettable moments.
You’ll also find a number of free stages in Albi’s historic city center, where you can discover tomorrow’s new talent.
Since 1996, it has given pride of place to French-speaking artists, mixing headliners with young talent. That’s how it opened its stages to Bénabar, Cali, Renan Luce, Deluxe, Cats On Trees…when they were just starting out in their careers. While also programming internationally renowned artists such as Sting, Patti Smith, Bob Dylan, Joe Cocker, Elton John, Scorpions and Iggy Pop.
In 2026, a colorful program: Orelsan, Gimas, Ben Harper, Rilès or Véronique Sanson… there will be something for everyone!
